Yoga for Wholistic Wellness

Yoga is a wholistic experience helping us to live well within our bodies. We all experience disability on some level and for some it is more obvious and life limiting than for others. Yoga helps us to live the life we have been given to the highest degree possible by nurturing not only physical enhancement, but also wholistic mindful awareness of our entire being.

I have been serving the people of the Athens County Community who live with disabilities or limited physical ability with a wholistic wellness experience.  I will come to your facility with necessary props and lead a one-hour community experience in wellness with beginner adaptive yoga. Chair yoga is an option for those not able to get to the floor.
